Scott’s wife, Monique (Mattocks) Stallings is a 2001 Saegertown High School graduate.

Scott has been a resident of Crawford County since 2011. He is married to Monique Mattocks, a 2001 Saegertown High School graduate. Scott and Monique have two children in first and fourth grades at Saegertown Elementary School.

Scott is a mental health crisis caseworker and is employed with Mercer County Behavioral Health Commission. He provides crisis intervention for Crawford County, which includes adults and children from all backgrounds.

Scott is dedicated to all PENNCREST School District residents — teachers, staff, students, parents, and taxpayers — and wishes to foster open and honest communication as well as an environment that meets all PENNCREST School District residents' educational, mental, emotional, and safety needs.
